Returns Policy
At AlltechWholesale, our business depends on satisfying 100% of our customers 100% of the time.

We test everything that we sell, one item at a time. Nonetheless, please be sure to read the listing above in detail, as it will contain any qualifiers about the cosmetic or functional condition of the item, as well as tell you what accessories come with the device.  We also strive to respond to any inquiries about listings in as timely a fashion as possible.

Nonetheless, if for whatever reason, the item that you receive does not match the listing description, we are happy to work with you on resolving the issue. Please contact us before you leave negative feedback, and we will do our best to make the situation right by providing a full refund of the listing price. Below are the pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:

  1. The buyer must notify AlltechWholesale of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item, and return ship the product back to AlltechWholesale within 30 days of receiving it.  Please contact us for approval on all returns before sending them.
  2. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process once the items are received at our facility, but we will do everything we can to process refunds quickly as possible.
  3. To prepare a return shipment, please package it safely so that it will not be damaged in transit and include a hard copy of the original transaction's paperwork, which you can find by logging into your account on this site and selecting the transaction in question.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

If your item was damaged or flawed in ways that were inconsistent with the product's description on our site, AllTechWholesale will pay for your return shipping.  If you are returning the item for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  Items incorrectly reported as broken will have AllTechWholesale's shipping fees deducted from the amount refunded.

AlltechWholesale always ships as quickly as possible, with our goal of shipping your item(s) the same or next business day (or on Monday if we receive payments on weekends), understanding that you are anxious to get your hands on your merchandise as quickly as possible. Below are some frequently asked questions:

Q:  How long before you ship my item?
A:  We ship out every order as quickly as possible after the payment is received.  Orders completed by 2:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday will ship the same day, except for national holidays (Christmas, etc.).  Orders received outside that window (after 2 p.m. CST or on weekends or holidays) will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday).  

Q:  Do you require signature confirmation for delivery?
A:  For the protection of both the buyer and the seller, we require signature verification of delivery if the total dollar amount of all items in a given shipment is more than $500.

Q:  Can you ship outside of the United States?
A:  Alltech Wholesale does not support international transactions or international shipping under any circumstances, nor we do not ship to freight forwarders. We only ship within the Continental US.

Q:  Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories?
A:  No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.

Q:  Can you ship to an Air, Army, or Fleet Post Office (APO/FPO) overseas?
A:  No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.

Q:  Can you ship to a PO Box?
A:  No unfortunately Alltech Wholesale only ships to street addresses recognized as valid by all major shipping carriers.
